Ami Gray- Deputy Manager

Ami began her career at Fir Villa in 2016 as a weekend domestic while still in school, and through dedication and hard work, has progressed to the role of Deputy Manager. She holds a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care, a Level 5 qualification in Safeguarding, and is a certified First Aid Trainer. As an Infection Control Champion, Ami plays a key role in maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. Her professional passions include emergency first aid and promoting mental well-being for both residents and staff. Outside of work, Ami enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, their two cats, and their dog.
